Job summary

SCG in Indonesia seeks a proactive B2B Sales Associate to build partnerships and grow the customer base for paper packaging products. You will conduct visits, manage relationships, and coordinate orders, pricing, and proposals while aligning with production capacity and delivery schedules.

Travel flexibility and MS Office proficiency are required. Fresh graduates are welcome, and English proficiency is an advantage.

Qualifications

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese for client communication.
Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales preferred.
Good command of English is an advantage.
Willing to travel and work outside the office as required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Conduct customer visits to establish partnerships related to product offerings.
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing and new customers.
Receive orders from customers while considering production capacity and delivery schedules.
Negotiate product pricing with customers.
Visit companies to submit proposals and offer contracts.
Monitor smooth delivery of goods by coordinating with superiors for discrepancies.
Identify issues related to customer complaints and coordinate with superiors or relevant departments.
Gather customer insights on reasons for choosing paper packaging products.
