Job summary

EVERTRADE SOLUTION INDONESIA is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our B2B sales operations. You will handle quotations, invoices, POs, data updates, and coordination with warehouse, finance, logistics, and production to ensure on-time order processing.

You will maintain B2B customer databases, assist in customer meetings, prepare reports, and provide general admin support to keep the B2B sales process running smoothly. Fresh graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Business, Management, Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, Customer Service, or related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, targets, and deadlines.
• B2B/corporate sales experience and CRM knowledge are a plus.
• Good English communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in furniture, interior, retail, hospitality, property, construction, or procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales administration, including quotations, price lists, proposals, invoices, POs, and other sales documents.
• Maintain and update B2B customer and prospect databases, including contact details, sales status, communication history, and next actions.
• Support the sales team with customer follow-ups, including quotations, samples, orders, payments, and customer requests.
• Process and monitor customer orders from PO to delivery, ensuring all documents and information are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, and Production to ensure orders are processed smoothly and on time.
• Monitor and update sales pipeline, quotations, orders, and follow-up status.
• Prepare sales reports, customer recaps, order reports, and performance data for the B2B Sales team.
• Assist sales representatives in preparing information and documents for customer meetings and visits.
• Handle administrative support for order changes, returns, and customer issues.
• Ensure all sales data and documents are accurate, organized, and properly documented.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to ensure the B2B sales process runs efficiently.
