Job summary

Fresha is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager in Indonesia to bring new salons, spas and wellness partners onto the Fresha platform. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, building strong relationships and presenting Fresha solutions to drive revenue.

This role offers autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment with opportunities to shape growth across APAC. You will collaborate with the Commercial team and partners, reporting to the Indonesia BD Team Lead.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience.
• SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms experience is highly desirable.
• Hunter mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
• Organised, able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Curious, eager to grow and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets.
• Outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social channels to bring in new business.
• Present, demo and sell Fresha products to partners.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Analyze partner needs to align Fresha solutions with business objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments for a seamless partner experience.
• Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities in the industry.
• Follow up on inbound leads and document outcomes in the CRM.
• Serve as the lead contact for partners on commercial activities.
