The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, comfort with APIs and data, and the ability to rapidly learn multiple B2B products in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, IS or Engineering or PM Bootcamp Certification.
• 1–2 years of product management or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with Excel/Sheets or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and verbal formats.
• Comfort discussing technical topics with engineers; basic API, databases and system architecture knowledge.
• Ability to quickly understand and build knowledge across multiple B2B products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations, with ability to communicate with engineering teams.
• Translate client requirements into product and solution recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Conduct communications and user research with internal teams to support decisions.
• Define and track key product KPIs and monitor feature adoption.
• Identify process roadblocks and propose strategic/operational improvements.
