Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management, 1–3 years.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and product development methodologies.
• Experience using analytics tools (GA or similar).
• Ability to present product strategy to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze user/business needs to define opportunities and priorities.
• Conduct product research, user research, and usability testing to gather insights and validate solutions.
• Develop clear PRDs and product specifications.
• Define and prioritize features based on impact and resources.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Business, Operations.
• Translate requirements into actionable product solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Designers to ensure user-friendly experiences.
• Monitor product performance with analytics tools.
• Evaluate performance after implementation and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare product presentations and communicate strategy and roadmap to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple initiatives by priorities and timelines.
