Job summary

PT Adecco Personnel Indonesia, in partnership with a leading Japanese building materials company, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of pipe products. You will engage distributors, contractors, project owners, and other stakeholders to expand market presence and meet targets within construction and industrial sectors.

The role requires at least 1 year of pipe industry sales experience, strong product knowledge, an established network, and excellent communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the pipe industry.
• Strong knowledge of pipe products and fittings and their applications.
• Established network with distributors, contractors, project owners, or relevant stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales in construction and industrial sectors.
• Promote and provide technical recommendations on pipe products and fittings based on customer requirements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
