StickEarn is seeking a B2B Partnership professional to join the Partner Engagement B2B team in Jakarta. You will manage relationships with corporate partners across regions, identify opportunities, and drive engagement initiatives to support growth.

The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with travel as needed. Hybrid work setup offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and developing B2B partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management abilities are a plus.

• Managing and nurturing communication with corporate partners across regions.
• Building and sustaining strong relationships with business clients and stakeholders.
• Planning, executing, and overseeing partnership initiatives and engagement activities.
• Ensuring partner needs and agreements are fulfilled effectively and efficiently.
