Job summary

PT Momaz Kreasi Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Executive for the Mom & Baby category to lead B2B growth, manage partnerships, and drive commercial budgets. The role focuses on building distribution networks with baby shops, pharmacies, and hospitals, and collaborating with marketing on promotions.

Based in Bandung, you will develop pricing schemes, MOQs, loyalty programs, and coordinate local and national events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Trade Marketing.
• Experience in the Mom & Baby industry, children’s products, or FMCG is highly preferred.
• Minimum D3 or S1 education in Management, Communication, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and build B2B distribution networks with baby shops, pharmacies, and baby spas locally and nationally.
• Open institutional cooperation channels with maternity hospitals, birthing clinics, and midwives to recommend and supply Momaz baby carrier products.
• Design B2B wholesale pricing schemes, minimum order quantities, and loyalty programs for agents and distributors.
• Plan and execute Momaz participation in local and national mother and baby exhibitions and bazaars.
• Organize small to medium-scale community events such as parenting seminars, babywearing classes, and prenatal exercise classes to build brand awareness.
• Establish sponsorship partnerships with mother communities and community health centers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design B2B promotion strategies including product catalogs, sales kits, and product samples.
• Identify partnership and product bundling opportunities with non-competing Mom & Baby brands.
• Manage offline marketing budgets and event operations based on return on investment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly budget realization reports to the Founder.
