Job summary

CHEMANOVA, part of PT Chemical Additives Innovations, seeks an experienced Sales Executive to expand its industrial chemical business in Indonesia. You will target B2B customers in industrial and manufacturing sectors, visiting factories, presenting products, coordinating trials and driving orders.

The role requires 2–3 years in industrial chemical sales, travel willingness, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B industrial chemical sales or related industrial products.
Experience dealing with factories, workshops, automotive, metal, steel, machinery or manufacturing industries preferred.
Good understanding of industrial applications and customer requirements.
Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Willing to travel for customer visits.
Target-oriented, proactive and able to develop new business independently.
Good command of English is preferred.
Based in Greater Jakarta / Bekasi / Cikarang is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop new B2B customers, especially industrial and manufacturing companies.
Visit factories and identify needs for rust removal, paint removal, metal cleaning and corrosion protection.
Identify decision makers in Purchasing, Maintenance, Production and Engineering departments.
Conduct product presentations and coordinate product trials.
Follow up samples, trials, quotations and purchase orders.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and customer development targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer data.
