The role emphasizes understanding customer technical needs, product consultation, and long-term partnerships across tire, footwear, and industrial rubber sectors. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in B2B industrial sales, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Chemistry, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
• Able to conduct effective B2B communication and negotiation from prospecting to follow-up.
• Capable of building customer relationships and managing a sales account portfolio independently.
• Holds a valid SIM A driver’s license and willing to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop new B2B customers in tire, footwear, and industrial rubber goods industries, as well as in expanding paint and coatings segment.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits.
• Grow sales through cross-selling and introduction of new products.
• Coordinate with internal operations to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, and communicate status updates to customers.
