Job summary

Rentokil Initial in Jakarta seeks a proactive Business Development Executive – Hygiene to identify new market opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth for hygiene solutions.

You will engage with clients, prepare proposals, present products, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with operations to ensure service excellence. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years in BD or sales, strong communication and driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (B2B or hygiene / facility management).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven track record of building and managing professional client relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have driving license A or C. Having driving license A is good.

Responsibilities

• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify new business prospects, market trends, and expansion opportunities within the hygiene sector.
• Proposals & Quotations: Prepare competitive sales proposals and official quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Client Presentations: Conduct professional product and solution presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations on commercial terms to successfully close sales.
• Account Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service execution and high customer satisfaction.
