Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive - Hygiene at our Head Office. You will identify new market opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth for hygiene product and service solutions.

The role requires 1–3 years of BD/sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Indonesian market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (preferably B2B or hygiene/facility management).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven track record of building and managing professional client relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have driving license A or C; having license A is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales targets: Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business prospects, market trends, and expansion opportunities within the hygiene sector.
• Prepare competitive sales proposals and official quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct professional product and solution presentations to prospective clients.
• Lead contract negotiations on commercial terms to successfully close sales.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Work closely with operations, finance, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service execution and high customer satisfaction.
