Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive – Hygiene at our Head Office to identify new market opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth for hygiene solutions. You will lead proposals, negotiate terms, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in B2B sales or business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (B2B or hygiene/facility management).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Driving license A or C (A preferred).

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business prospects and expansion opportunities within hygiene sector.
• Prepare competitive proposals and official quotations for clients.
• Conduct professional product and solution presentations to prospects.
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms to close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
