Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group is seeking a Sales Executive in Indonesia to drive pest control service sales to commercial clients. You will identify potential markets, manage sales pipelines, and present proposals to customers to close deals.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience are required. The role offers an attractive monthly base salary with performance incentives and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Skills: marketing, communication, negotiation, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales target.
• Identify prospective customers and potential market.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales program and pipeline.
• Present and sale pest control services to commercial customers.
• Survey new or existing commercial customers.
• Prepare proposals for customers.
• Negotiate with customers and finalize contracts.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
