Job summary

The role demands strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with 1–3 years in BD or sales; a Bachelor's degree is required and a driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (preferably in B2B or hygiene/facility management).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven track record of building and managing professional client relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have driving license A or C; having driving license A is good.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business prospects, market trends, and expansion opportunities within the hygiene sector.
• Prepare competitive sales proposals and official quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Conduct professional product and solution presentations to prospective clients.
• Lead contract negotiations on commercial terms to successfully close sales.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Work closely with operations, finance, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service execution and high customer satisfaction.
