Job summary

PT Era Awan Digital is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Lead to drive the generation of qualified B2B leads and support the sales pipeline. You will plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels, developing compelling creatives and landing pages that convert.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing concepts.
• Portfolio, campaign experience, or certifications in performance marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on generating qualified B2B leads and supporting the sales pipeline.
• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Identify and test new channels, tactics, and creative approaches to acquire high-quality business leads.
• Develop compelling campaign concepts, landing pages, ad copy, and content that drive conversion and lead generation.
• Analyze campaign performance, including CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, CAC, and ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand target customers, lead quality, and sales feedback.
• Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies for B2B decision-makers.
• Run A/B testing and experiments on ads, messaging, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
• Prepare regular reports and insights on campaign performance and recommend actions for improvement.
• Help build and improve the company's lead generation funnel, from awareness and acquisition to lead qualification and conversion.
