Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring in Jakarta is seeking an energetic outbound sales specialist to research, prospect, and contact potential leads via text, email, and calls. You will set up meetings between client decision makers and the business development team.

You will track outreach results, refine sales strategies, and stay target-driven, with a proven ability to generate leads from multiple sources and meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year outbound/hunter sales, lead generation, or sales canvassing experience.
• Proven experience sourcing leads from multiple sources independently.
• Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, ANUM).
• Experience in SaaS or HR industry is a huge plus.
• Well-polished professional communication skills via text, email, and calls.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or partnership targets.
• Result-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
