Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring in Jakarta leads growth marketing initiatives by owning outbound campaigns across email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels. You will craft persuasive first-touch messages, follow-ups, hooks and CTAs, and build multi-step sequences to drive engagement.

You will analyze performance, optimize reply and meeting rates, and push for a stronger pipeline. 1–4 years in B2B growth or related roles, strong analytics, and excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B Growth, Growth Marketing, Lead Generation, Outbound Sales, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Sales Development, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills.
• Experience using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is highly preferred.
• Strong B2B copywriting ability.
• Able to write clear and persuasive email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and follow-up messages.
• Able to move quickly from idea to execution.
• Able to analyze results and make decisions based on data.
• Comfortable being accountable for business outcomes, not only activity metrics.
• Good written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Create outbound campaigns across email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Write the actual campaign copy, including first-touch messages, follow-ups, reactivation messages, hooks, and call-to-actions.
• Build and optimize multi-step outbound sequences.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify why campaigns succeed or fail.
• Continuously improve reply rate, positive reply rate, qualified meeting rate, and pipeline generated.
