Dealls (YC W22) in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Growth/Outbound Specialist to design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. You will craft first-touch and follow-up messages and optimize multi-step sequences to improve key metrics.

The role requires 1–4 years in B2B growth or outbound roles, strong analytics, and proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel. Familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or ZoomInfo is preferred, along with

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B Growth, Growth Marketing, Lead Generation, Outbound Sales, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Sales Development, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills.
• Experience using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is highly preferred.
• Strong B2B copywriting ability.
• Able to write clear and persuasive email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and follow-up messages.
• Able to move quickly from idea to execution.
• Able to analyze results and make decisions based on data.
• Comfortable being accountable for business outcomes, not only activity metrics.
• Good written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilidades

• Create outbound campaigns across email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Write the actual campaign copy, including first-touch messages, follow-ups, reactivation messages, hooks, and call-to-actions.
• Build and optimize multi-step outbound sequences.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify why campaigns succeed or fail.
• Continuously improve reply rate, positive reply rate, qualified meeting rate, and pipeline generated.
