Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in B2B Growth, Growth Marketing, Lead Generation, Outbound Sales, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Sales Development, or a similar role.
Strong analytical thinking.
Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills.
Experience using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is highly preferred.
Strong B2B copywriting ability.
Able to write clear and persuasive email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and follow-up messages.
Able to move quickly from idea to execution.
Able to analyze results and make decisions based on data.
Comfortable being accountable for business outcomes, not only activity metrics.
Good written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

Create outbound campaigns across email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Write the actual campaign copy, including first-touch messages, follow-ups, reactivation messages, hooks, and call-to-actions.
Build and optimize multi-step outbound sequences.
Analyze campaign performance and identify why campaigns succeed or fail.
Continuously improve reply rate, positive reply rate, qualified meeting rate, and pipeline generated.
