Woodara, a Bali-based B2B furniture procurement and project delivery company, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business and own the full sales cycle from first contact to project close.

You will proactively pursue high-volume client outreach, manage multi-month deals, and deliver rapid pricing while building long-term relationships with international clients. Reporting to leadership, you will shape strategy and growth in a fast-scaling, global-focused team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience across furniture/interior/project or corporate sales backgrounds.
• Fluent English required (spoken and written).
• Demonstrated ability to manage long multi-month sales cycles.
• Strong pricing and margin calculation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based compensation.

Aufgaben

• Proactively prospect and reach out to new clients daily.
• Lead full B2B sales cycles from first contact to closed project (4–6 months).
• Provide fast, accurate project cost calculations and quotes.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and international clients.
• Coordinate with leadership on large or strategic opportunities.
• Report pipeline status and sales activity regularly.
