Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta (a Marriott International property) is seeking a Food & Beverage Sales Executive to drive guest satisfaction and revenue at our Jakarta Selatan location.

Responsibilities include resolving guest calls and requests, upselling to maximize revenue, processing reservations and changes, and supporting Sales & Marketing while upholding brand standards. A high school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role.
• Proactive and guest-focused service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and guest loyalty.
• Assist with reservations, changes, and cancellations for Marriott Rewards points.
• Support Sales & Marketing tasks and maintain brand image and confidentiality.
• Welcome guests, coordinate with teams, and ensure professional appearance and etiquette.
