Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking a Food & Beverage Sales Executive to join our hotel sales team. Based in Jakarta Selatan, you will resolve guest requests, up-sell to maximize revenue, and maintain guest loyalty by delivering impeccable service in line with Marriott standards.

Responsibilities include handling reservations and communications with clients, promoting brand image, and collaborating with Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth while ensuring a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems using sales techniques that maximize revenue and guest loyalty.
• Process reservations and related guest information accurately, including changes and cancellations.
• Promote brand image and ensure a high standard of service and professionalism in line with Marriott policies.
