Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta seeks a Food & Beverage Sales Executive to drive revenue through guest recovery, up-selling, and meticulous service.

You will coordinate with Sales, Data Administration, and other departments to resolve guest requests and fulfill reservations, while upholding the brand's luxury standards. Based in Jakarta, you will process reservations by phone, fax, or mail, enter rewards information, and assist management with training and daily office duties.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems using professional sales techniques.
• Upsell to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Process Marriott Rewards points redemptions and reservations by phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees; support Sales & Marketing functions.
