XinYuan Mandarin Course in West Jakarta is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional to build B2B partnerships with schools and companies, promote Mandarin language programs, and drive revenue.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, participate in education fairs and events, and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns. Requires a Bachelor's degree, English at least B1, and 2–3 years in sales/BD/marketing. Education sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• English proficiency at least level B1.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (education sector is a plus).
• Proven experience in B2B sales and partnership development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, companies, and other institutions (B2B).
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct presentations and promote Mandarin programs to prospective clients and partners.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, school visits, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute sales and marketing campaigns.
