Hong Hua Mandarin Course (Jakarta Barat) seeks a senior level Assistant who will also drive business development and academic operations. The role partners with executives to ensure smooth support and growth, including recruitment, franchise processes, and branch operations.

Qualifications include a bachelor in Chinese language or business management, Mandarin at HS K6, strong bilingual communication, and willingness to travel occasionally.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Chinese Language or Business Management.
• Fluent Mandarin with HSK 6 level.
• Strong Indonesian & Mandarin communication; English a plus.
• Experience in management and leadership roles.
• Willing to travel occasionally; substitute teaching possible.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit end-to-end teacher hiring including ads, CV screening, interviews.
• Standardize hiring process and Mandarin proficiency checks.
• Lead business development tasks: franchise processes, site assessments, and openings.
• Coordinate branch launches, marketing, and staff recruitment.
• Coordinate branch workshops and student performances with partners.
• Review teacher KPI with principals/branch managers; conduct visits as needed.
