Job summary

XinYuan Mandarin Course in West Jakarta is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional to build B2B partnerships with schools and companies, promote Mandarin language programs, and drive revenue.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, participate in education fairs and events, and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns. Requires a Bachelor's degree, English at least B1, and 2–3 years in sales/BD/marketing. Education sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Able to communicate in English (minimum B1 level)

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (education industry is a plus).

Proven experience in B2B sales and partnership development.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and Microsoft Office.

Confident, target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

We are one of biggest Mandarin Course in West Jakarta. We have a complete curriculum from toddlers to teens. Since 2009, we already have an 400 active students and 18 teachers.

The teachers must attend our special training before starting to teach. Mandarin is the main language of instruction for teaching and learning in the classroom between teachers and students.

Our curriculum is designed so that students can speak Mandarin actively. We also introduce students to various Chinese Cultures, such as Calligraphy Class, Cutting Paper Class, etc.
