Job summary

PT RISING STAR BEAUTY is seeking a Sales Executive B2B for its cosmetics and skincare business in Tangerang. You will leverage your existing client network and build new B2B relationships to drive revenue through direct sales and distributor channels.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, negotiating offers, and maintaining accurate CRM records, with a base salary plus commissions. You will travel to client sites in Tangerang to close deals and grow the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must have B2B sales experience in cosmetics or skincare.
• Must have a minimum of 5 active and stable customers from e-commerce channels, wholesale, distributors, or cosmetics stores.
• Must be able to achieve minimum actual sales of Rp5,000,000 within the first 14 days of work.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and customer management skills.
• Proactive, independent, results-oriented, and accustomed to working with targets.
