Baskit is seeking a GT Beauty Sales Head to own the General Trade beauty sales channel in Indonesia. You will manage a field team, negotiate with stores and distributors, and drive seller retention and timely collections across 150+ cities.

Role emphasizes building network coverage, expanding shelf presence, and coordinating with credit/finance for collections, while guiding pricing and SKU decisions with leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in FMCG/beauty & personal care sales with General Trade exposure in Indonesia.
• Proven track record leading multi-city or national sales teams via distributors/GT outlets.
• Strong negotiations with stores, distributors, and wholesalers.

Responsibilities

• Own GT beauty sales performance across Indonesia's 150+ cities and 31 provinces.
• Lead negotiations to expand shelf presence and secure favorable terms.
• Build and manage distributor/ reseller relationships and onboard partners.
• Coach field sales team (regional/city reps, team leads) and set performance targets.
• Monitor KPIs: new store acquisition, retention, sales per store, territory coverage.
• Ensure seller retention and timely collections with credit/finance teams.
• Provide market feedback to leadership on pricing, SKUs, and expansion.
