Monotaro Indonesia is expanding its Corporate Sales team in Jakarta as part of a rapid growth plan. The role focuses on developing new corporate accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving end-to-end sales from prospecting to closure.

You will lead outbound activities, deliver compelling presentations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer success while meeting monthly targets. Join a dynamic, growing e-commerce platform and contribute to strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with active listening.
• English proficiency preferred.
• Experience with MRO products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth by identifying and qualifying new business leads through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, professional emailing, and social selling.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle to achieve monthly new business targets and expand our corporate client base.
• Lead high-impact presentations and meetings with key stakeholders to demonstrate value and secure new business.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to sales activity, providing daily reports on outreach volume and weekly strategic work plans.
• Refer customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales, marketing, administrative or other departments.
