Job summary

PT Takari Kokoh Sejahtera is seeking a results-oriented finance lease sales professional to identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate financing. You will acquire corporate clients, assess their financing needs, and present suitable financing structures.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, conducting basic credit analysis, and coordinating with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Operations to close transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Experience in B2B sales, corporate financing, or Finance Lease preferred in financial services.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or sales experience a plus.
• Assistant Manager: minimum 5 years of relevant experience with corporate/B2B clients.
• Strong understanding of corporate financing and Finance Lease concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Finance Lease / corporate financing (B2B).
• Acquire and maintain corporate clients through calls, meetings, and direct visits.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable financing structures and solutions.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to proposal submission and closing.
• Perform basic credit and financial analysis of corporate clients.
