PT Hino Finance Indonesia is seeking an Account Officer for our Bandung location to drive growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients requiring commercial vehicle financing solutions. The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, building long-term business relationships, and tailoring financing plans to customers’ operational needs.

The successful candidate will understand customers’ requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely loan processing.

Formación

• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years experience in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in any major is required.
• Strong eagerness in building relationships with clients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to report in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and acquire new corporate clients needing commercial vehicle financing.
• Promote and sell financing solutions for trucks and related equipment.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate customers, dealers, and partners.
• Conduct sales visits and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable financing terms.
• Prepare and collect financing documents while ensuring policy compliance.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and internal teams to process loans.
• Monitor the financing process from submission to disbursement.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs; maintain accurate pipelines and records.
• Track market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support and sustain long-term client relationships.
