D2C & EC Enablement is seeking a candidate in Jakarta to support Sales Reporting, Promotions, and Commercial Administration. This internship-like role involves coordinating with Supply Chain, Brands and Platforms on daily updates and promotional activities.

Ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students in business or related fields with basic Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, organized mindset.

• Fresh graduates or final-year students in Business Admin, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related major.
• Basic capability in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Good communication to coordinate across Supply Chain, Brands and Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sales Reporting & Monitoring: Prepare daily/weekly sales updates and recap POs for key accounts.
• Promotional Activities: Manage promo plan recaps, draft approval letters, monitor timelines, collect in-store docs, align stock with promos.
• Commercial Administration: Prepare SKP, process promotional claims, maintain vendor registrations.
• Platform Operations: Coordinate monthly banner updates and conduct PDP reviews.
• Budget & Order Management: Keep invoice trackers up to date and coordinate PO shipments with Supply Chain.

• Sales Reporting & Monitoring: Prepare daily/weekly sales updates (ND6 Unicharm, Bosnet Kalbe, Sell-in, Sell-out), report weekly SLAs to brands, and recap POs for key accounts like Shopee & Astro..
• Promotional Activities: Manage promo plan recaps by account, draft approval letters, monitor implementation timelines, collect in-store documentation, and align platform stock with active promos..
• Commercial Administration: Create, complete, and recap Surat Keterangan Promosi (SKP), process promotional claims between platforms and brands, and maintain filings for Trading Terms and Vendor Registrations..
• Platform Operations: Coordinate monthly banner updates based on campaigns and seasonal events, while conducting regular Product Detail Page (PDP) reviews..
• Budget & Order Management: Keep invoice trackers up to date and coordinate PO shipments closely with the Supply Chain team..

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Fresh graduates or final-year students from Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or any related major..
