Job summary

AnyMind Group in Jakarta is seeking an entry-level Sales Reporting & Promotions coordinator to support daily and weekly updates, promo management, and admin tasks across major brands.

You will work with cross-functional teams, learn quickly in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, and help ensure timely execution of campaigns, accurate reporting, and smooth vendor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly sales updates and report SLAs to brands.
• Draft promo plan recaps and monitor implementation timelines.
• Create and recap SKP and process promotional claims.
• Coordinate monthly banner updates and conduct PDP reviews.
• Maintain invoice trackers and coordinate PO shipments with Supply Chain.

• Sales Reporting & Monitoring: Prepare daily/weekly sales updates (ND6 Unicharm, Bosnet Kalbe, Sell-in, Sell-out), report weekly SLAs to brands, and recap POs for key accounts like Shopee & Astro..
• Promotional Activities: Manage promo plan recaps by account, draft approval letters, monitor implementation timelines, collect in-store documentation, and align platform stock with active promos..
• Commercial Administration: Create, complete, and recap Surat Keterangan Promosi (SKP), process promotional claims between platforms and brands, and maintain filings for Trading Terms and Vendor Registrations..
• Platform Operations: Coordinate monthly banner updates based on campaigns and seasonal events, while conducting regular Product Detail Page (PDP) reviews..
• Budget & Order Management: Keep invoice trackers up to date and coordinate PO shipments closely with the Supply Chain team..
