Job summary

Dynapack Asia seeks a proactive Sales/Account Manager to build strong relationships with customers and drive revenue. You will address inquiries, provide technical support, and negotiate terms while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

The role requires presentation and negotiation skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a B2B plastics environment. Knowledge of Chinese/Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales or account management, preferably in B2B.
• Proven experience in sales or account management within plastic packaging manufacturing or components parts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in English; ability to communicate in Chinese and/or Japanese will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering technical support, and resolving issues promptly.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and relevant regulations.
