Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and service quality, supervising staff who receive, verify, control, and dispatch customer instructions.
• Oversee team performance, monitor trends, and solve problems as they arise.
• Ensure end-to-end operational risk controls, accurate record-keeping, and timely submission per procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement service initiatives in the branch to support HSBC’s strategy and profitability.
