Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
Professional banking certifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5-8 years of banking experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or branch management role.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee branch personnel and operations.
Drive branch sales target and profitability while controlling costs.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to BNMs guidelines and internal controls.
Provide training and coaching to staff and manage performance.
Maintain high standard of customer service and resolve SLA breaches.
Oversee risk, audit findings, and business continuity planning.
