Job summary

PT. EFFORI PROSPERO SOLUSI is seeking a highly motivated AV Presales Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, and can analyze customer requirements to tailor AV solutions. Responsibilities include preparing technical proposals and BOQs, collaborating with Sales for demonstrations, reading technical drawings (AutoCAD/Visio advantage), and staying current with AV trends.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as an AV Presales Engineer, System Integrator, or similar role; fresh graduates with AV knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of AV systems including: Display Systems (LED, LCD, Video Wall), Projectors, Digital Signage, Control Systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings; experience with AutoCAD or Microsoft Visio for basic system designs is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to travel for customer site visits when required.
• Professional certifications or hands-on experience with AV brands such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Logitech, Poly, Cisco, Yealink, or other leading AV manufacturers are an advantage.
• Experience in Audio Visual system integration projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate Audio Visual (AV) solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and Bills of Quantity (BOQ).
• Collaborate with the Sales team in customer presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Prepare technical documentation for tenders and project implementation.
• Coordinate with the Engineering and Project teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and can be successfully implemented.
• Stay up to date with the latest Audio Visual technologies and industry trends.
