MULTI JAYA SOLUSION is seeking a sales professional in Bali to identify new tender opportunities, cultivate relationships with project owners, architects, and contractors, and drive the complete sales cycle from contact to contract completion.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, proposal development, and persuasive presentations to decision-makers, with responsibilities spanning opportunity identification, pricing, and negotiation.

Qualifications

• D3 or S1 in Engineering or Business preferred.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of products and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify new tender opportunities and construction projects in the field
• Meet with project owners, architects, or contractors to introduce products
• Explain product functions, provide price quotations, and negotiate contracts
• Ensure sales targets and quotas are achieved according to company objectives
• Manage sales projects from start to finish, including coordination with internal teams and clients
• Prepare regular sales reports and evaluate progress
