Job summary

PT HDC LED INDONESIA is seeking a Technical Engineer to lead pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements for LED display and AV systems. You will conduct site surveys, train customers, propose technical solutions, and manage testing, commissioning, and on-site repairs.

The role requires 1–5 years' experience in LED/AV fields, strong knowledge of LED systems and signal flow, and ability to work across English, Chinese, and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years' experience in LED display or Audio Visual fields.
• Strong understanding of LED display systems (SMD / COB / GOB).
• Strong understanding of signal flow (HDMI, DVI, DP, SDI).
• Strong understanding of power distribution and load calculation.
• Familiar with LED control systems: NovaStar / Colorlight.
• Able to troubleshoot module, cabinet and system issues.
• PCB troubleshooting, soldering, and repair work skills.
• Cable termination skills (LAN, power, fiber if applicable).
• Can communicate well in English/Chinese and local Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical meetings and site surveys
• Conduct product and technical training for customers
• Assist Sales Executive/Manager in LED sizing and technical proposals
• Testing and commissioning of LED display systems
• On-site troubleshooting and rectification
• LED modules and components service and repairs
• Manage RMA services
• Configure sending and receiving cards
• Perform screen calibration and color adjustment
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and layout plans
