Job summary

itc Group in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Engineer / Pre-sales Engineer for AV & ELV solutions in Jakarta. You will build relationships with local system integrators, contractors, and partners, and translate customer requirements into technical proposals.

You will collaborate with our China-based teams to prepare quotations, support product presentations, and help win projects across PA, conference, LED displays, and command center solutions.

Qualifications

• Background in AV, ELV, ICT or related fields.
• Experience with system integrators, contractors, or project-based sales.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local system integrators, contractors, consultants, distributors, and project partners in Indonesia.
• Identify new business opportunities and support project development in AV, ELV, and ICT sectors.
• Communicate with customers to understand project requirements and recommend suitable products and technical solutions.
• Support product presentations, technical discussions, demonstrations, and customer meetings.
• Work closely with our China-based sales and technical teams to prepare product selections, quotations, and solution proposals.
• Follow up on ongoing projects, customer inquiries, and potential business opportunities.
• Provide local market feedback, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitor information.
• Support the growth of itc's business in Indonesia, particularly in PA systems, conference systems, LED displays, professional audio, and command center solutions.
