Job summary

PT GLOVIS INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Vehicle Logistic Yard Specialist (Staff Level) in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. You will oversee the VPC yard operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, ensuring safe and efficient yard management.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain inventory control, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while driving continuous improvement in throughput and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years in yard management or logistics.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Must be able to operate MS Office.
• Must have a driving license (SIM A).
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Integrity and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the VPC yard, including vehicle receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize yard utilization and throughput.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems with accurate records and timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Create invoices to customers to ensure on-time payment from customers and suppliers.
• Control vehicle aging management.
