Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience as a trainer is a plus; strong automotive troubleshooting knowledge.
• Fresh graduates welcome, max 2 years in related field.
• Familiar with Mitsubishi products is an advantage.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Able to communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical training programs (offline & online) to technicians and service advisors.
• Conduct body repair training and support new product rollouts through clear and structured training.
• Develop and update training modules and maintain Trainee data with Learning Management System (LMS).
• Visit regional training centers and dealer locations across Indonesia to supervise and ensure training quality and consistency.
• Learn and analyze new products, then develop into training content/modules.
• Ensure consistent training implementation with collaboration to Mitsubishi dealers.
• Provide regular training activity reports and performance analysis to internal and related stakeholders.
