Responsibilities

• conduct TNA and align programs to organizational needs.
• Design and develop curricula using ADDIE and 70:20:10.
• Deliver learning sessions and ensure engagement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain records.
• Coordinate programs across multiple locations and units.
• Coach employees and support continuous improvement.
