Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd seeks a Learning Instructor to lead end-to-end learning programs across Sales, After Sales, and Head Office. You will analyze needs, design curricula, deliver sessions, and evaluate outcomes.

Reporting to the Learning Design & Development Coordinator and Learning Center Manager, you will coach staff, maintain materials, and ensure alignment with standards while traveling domestically to Jakarta Pusat and Pekanbaru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 2 years in Training/Learning & Development roles.
• Certified in training delivery or learning development preferred.
• Solid knowledge of ADDIE and competency-based development.

Responsibilities

• Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to set learning priorities.
• Design and improve learning paths, curricula, and modules.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with engagement.
• Monitor progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coordinate programs across multiple locations and units.
• Support implementation of learning standards and consistency.
• Coach employees in internal or external development programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve instructional quality and efficiency.
• Maintain training records and curriculum updates.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and operational stakeholders.
