Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Sales Training & Enablement Lead to build and manage the training and operational enablement framework for its auto-finance business in Jakarta. You will develop curricula, scripts, onboarding programs, and coaching plans for frontline telesales agents, ensuring product knowledge, script compliance, and strong lead conversion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years in Sales Training, Enablement, or related function.
Experience in call centers, telesales, or telemarketing environments.
Hands-on experience with multifinance, leasing, auto-finance, or fintech/banking lending.
Proven ability to translate financial products into training materials.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and continuously improve sales training curricula and onboarding programs for auto-finance products.
Create product explanations, scripts, objection-handling guides, and eligibility materials.
Translate complex financing requirements into practical training materials for frontline agents.
Deliver onboarding and product training ensuring strong product knowledge and readiness.
Monitor calls, conduct coaching, and drive improvement in performance and conversion.
Identify knowledge gaps and address bottlenecks with targeted training.
Track telesales metrics and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Collaborate with Chinese leadership and local teams to align training progress with business goals.
