Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Sales Training & Enablement Lead to build and manage the training and operational enablement for our auto-finance business. The role involves developing curricula, scripts, onboarding programs, and coaching that drive frontline telesales performance in a fintech environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales training or telesales coaching, with direct exposure to multifinance, leasing, auto-finance, or BPKB-backed financing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Communications, HR, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or Telesales Coaching.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in call center, telesales, or sales environments.
• Hands-on experience in multifinance, leasing, auto-finance, or fintech/banking lending.
• Experience creating training curricula, product modules, scripts, onboarding, and coaching frameworks.
• Strong understanding of telesales operations, funnels, and conversion metrics.
• Ability to translate complex financial products into practical training materials.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve sales training curricula, product playbooks, and onboarding programs for auto-finance products.
• Create standardized product explanations, scripts, objection handling, eligibility materials, and customer communication frameworks.
• Translate complex financing requirements into practical training content for frontline agents.
• Deliver onboarding and product training for new telesales agents, ensuring product knowledge and readiness.
• Conduct regular call monitoring, pitch audits, role-plays, and coaching to boost performance and conversions.
• Identify knowledge gaps and operational issues; incorporate findings into training programs.
• Track telesales metrics (productivity, contact rates, conversions, lead quality) for improvement insights.
• Collaborate with Telemarketing Manager and Operations to fix funnel bottlenecks and lead distribution.
• Ensure training content aligns with product requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate with external partners to reflect processes in training materials.
• Produce regular training, coaching, and performance reports for management.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve productivity and conversion rates.
