MatchaTalent is seeking a Sales Training & Enablement Lead to drive the development of training curricula, playbooks, and onboarding for our Gadai BPKB auto-finance expansion in Jakarta. You will coach frontline telesales teams, monitor calls, and partner with management to improve productivity and conversion.

The role requires 5+ years in sales training, strong English communication, and familiarity with fintech/banking products, to align training with product and eligibility requirements.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Sales Training, Enablement, Telesales Coaching, or Learning & Development.
• Experience supervising or leading teams in call center, telesales, or telemarketing environments.
• Hands-on experience with multifinance, leasing, auto-finance, BPKB-backed financing, or fintech/banking lending is required.
• Strong ability to translate complex financial products into practical training materials.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in English and business contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Design and continually improve comprehensive sales training curricula, playbooks, and onboarding programs for auto-finance telesales products.
• Develop product explanations, scripts, objection-handling guides, eligibility materials, and communication frameworks.
• Deliver onboarding and training for new telesales agents ensuring product knowledge and readiness.
• Conduct regular call monitoring, coaching, and performance reviews to improve conversions.
• Analyze funnel metrics and collaborate with Telemarketing/Operations to optimize processes and lead distribution.
