Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Sales Training & Enablement Lead to build the training framework for auto-finance telesales. You will develop curricula, playbooks, scripts, and onboarding for frontline agents, and serve as an operational coach with call monitoring and performance reviews.

The role requires strong experience in sales training or telesales coaching, and direct exposure to multifinance or fintech lending. English proficiency is mandatory for leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Sales Training, Enablement or telesales coaching.
• Experience supervising or managing call center teams.
• Hands-on in multifinance, leasing, auto-finance, or fintech/banking products.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve telesales training curricula and onboarding programs.
• Create product explanations, scripts, and objection-handling guides.
• Coach agents with regular call monitoring and role-play sessions.
• Monitor funnel metrics and identify training improvements.
• Coordinate with partners and leadership on training progress and reporting.
