Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Sales Training & Enablement Lead to build and manage our telesales training and operational enablement for the Gadai BPKB auto-finance business in Indonesia. You will design curricula, product playbooks, call scripts, and onboarding programs for frontline agents.

Reporting to the Telemarketing leadership team, you will coach agents, monitor calls, review performance, and partner with multifinance and leasing partners to ensure compliant training and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, Telesales Coaching, Learning & Development, or related function.
• Supervisory or team management experience within a call center, telesales, telemarketing, or sales environment.
• Direct hands-on experience in multifinance, leasing, auto-finance, BPKB-backed financing, fintech lending, or banking products.
• Experience handling BPKB-backed financing, auto-refinancing, or cash loan products for two-wheelers and/or four-wheelers preferred.
• Strong understanding of telesales operations, funnels, call quality, and agent performance management.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with ability to coach frontline sales teams.
• Excellent business English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve comprehensive sales training curricula and onboarding programs for Gadai BPKB products.
• Develop sales scripts, objection-handling guides, eligibility screening materials, and customer frameworks.
• Translate complex auto-finance requirements into practical training materials for frontline agents.
• Deliver onboarding and product training for newly hired telesales agents.
• Conduct regular call monitoring, audits, role-play, and coaching to improve performance and conversion.
• Identify knowledge gaps and operational issues to enhance training and coaching.
• Monitor telesales funnel metrics and advocate process improvements.
• Coordinate with external partners to reflect product information in training materials.
• Provide regular reports on training, coaching, and readiness to management.
• Communicate progress with Mainland Chinese executives and local leadership.
