Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Sales Training & Enablement Lead to build and manage the training framework for our Gadai BPKB auto-finance business in Jakarta. You will design curricula, scripts, onboarding, and coaching programs for frontline telesales agents, driving product knowledge, compliance, and conversion improvements.

You will monitor calls, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with Telemarketing and Operations to optimize funnel performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, Telesales Coaching, Learning & Development, or related function.
Experience supervising or managing teams in call center, telesales, telemarketing, or sales environments.
Direct hands-on experience in multifinance, leasing, auto-finance, BPKB-backed financing, fintech/banking lending is required.
Experience with BPKB-backed financing, auto-refinancing, or cash loan products for two-wheelers or four-wheelers preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and continuously improve comprehensive sales training curricula, product playbooks, and onboarding programs for Gadai BPKB products.
Develop standardized product explanations, scripts, objection-handling guides, and eligibility screening materials.
Translate complex auto-finance requirements into practical training materials for frontline agents.
Deliver onboarding and product training for newly hired telesales agents and ensure operational readiness.
Conduct call monitoring, pitch audits, role plays, and one-on-one coaching to improve performance and conversion.
Identify knowledge gaps and objections; update training accordingly.
Monitor telesales funnel metrics such as call productivity, contact and conversion rates, and lead quality.
Collaborate with Telemarketing Manager and Operations to improve funnel and processes.
Ensure scripts align with product requirements, eligibility, and operational workflows.
Coordinate with external financing partners to reflect processes in training materials.
Prepare regular training, coaching, performance, and readiness reports for management.
Provide data-driven recommendations to boost productivity and conversion.
Communicate progress and developments with Mainland Chinese executives and local leadership.
Act as a bridge between Chinese leadership, local operations, and frontline teams.
Support development of a consistent sales culture focused on knowledge, compliance, and performance.
